Phat is an architect interested in innovative, intelligent building solutions. With exceptional experience in all facets of the architectural process, Phat is excellently-placed to deliver a high quality design service that is considerate, client-orientated and efficiently delivered.
Phat has developed a sophisticated skills set through deliberate exposure to a wide range of architectural scales, typologies and phases. This has been reflected in leading roles on private and collaborative commissions ranging from detailed; heritage engaged residential dwellings through to large scale, specialist medical and scientific suites.
Phat’s architectural and design focus has been predominately interested in the translation and interpretation of site, both the physical and beyond, in architectural form and program. This investigative trajectory has led him to significant experience at the very large scale in master planning and strategic urban planning.
Phat sees intelligent design as a cornerstone in the architectural process. Intelligent design is not necessarily expensive nor even noticeable, rather it is about simple, sophisticated, effective and responsible problem solving. Phat brings these skills, techniques and experiences to bear as director of TP Architects.
Caroline Trang Tran
Practice Manager
Caroline Trang Tran with her experiences in the design and architecture industry, Caroline brings a strong track record of excellent client services and management to the leadership team at TP Architects. Supporting the Director in the running of the business, her experience and understanding of the leading motivating teams across a broad range of project types and scales is invaluable to the business operations of TP Architects. Caroline is also passionate about nurturing the empowering the team to reach their full potential.
Caroline brings a depth of knowledge in many building sectors, including an extension, multi residential, commercial office and interiors, hospitality, education, retail and health with an emphasis on sustainability. Ever conscious of the impact of the built environment the end user, the longevity and durability of materials, user safety and risk minimisation is core to her design values
A keen proponent of responsibility in architect and design, promoting fair trade and ethically sourced products and materials is a passion, and she putting this into practice throughout the office. Her contributions to TP Architects have brought our practice to a higher level of client services.
Jenny Nguyen
Interior Designer
Jenny Nguyen is a highly motivated and idea orientated designer with exceptional design and management skills. Her key role has been in architectural and Interior design concept design, design development, documentation and project management.
With her experiences and expertise is in interior design, large scale mixed-use development, commercial, residential and business development within Australia.
She also has a talent for creative design, resolving problems and professionally delivering consultations. She has the ability to design complex interiors-based environments which achieve operational, functional and formal innovative, delivering high quality, excellent value and respects the local context both environmentally and socially.
